It can be administered via intramuscular or intravenous routes by experienced doctor or nurse. Upon administration, it gets metabolized by MAO & COMT showing rapid onset of action with elimination half life of about 2 minutes. Active compound of this injection has molecular formula C9H13NO3 with molar mass of 183.204 g/mol. When other medications are not effective, Adrenaline Injection may also be used for treatment of asthma. It is also known to have ability to increase blood sugar level & flow of blood to muscles.
